Recorded on May 22, 2022 as part of the Meeting Point Radical Wellness Fair
MDMA assisted psychotherapy has emerged as a new frontier in the healing of PTSD. Join us for this short presentation and Q&A, where we will explore the possibilities and hope this treatment offers. We will talk about the current state of the research, what this treatment consists of, paying special attention to the importance of set, setting, integration, and support. There will be time for Q & A as well.

Train Your Brain: Using Body-Based Strategies to Restore Our "Window of Tolerance"
Facilitated by Clare McBee, LICSW on February 14, 2021 as part of the annual Meeting Point Radical Wellness Fair.
During this experiential workshop, you will learn about the concept of the “Window of Tolerance” to understand what happens to your brain/nervous system when you’re feeling triggered. Together, we will practice somatic strategies for working with moments when you’re not feeling grounded.
